“Administrative Dispute” Interesting Training Theme

Bogor (Judicial Commission)- Administrative Dispute is an interesting theme choice for capacity building of judges organized by Indonesian Judicial Commission this time.
"Thematic training in order to build the capacity of judges regarding administrative disputes theme is very interesting . This activity is expected to improve the capacity and knowledge of administrative judges," said one of the participants in the opening thematic training of "Administrative Dispute" for judges in the State Administrative Court as the result of cooperation between KY and MA, Tuesday (14/5) The Constitutional Court PUSDIKLAT, Cisarua - Bogor.
This thematic training is not only hoped as a sharing media for experiences and exchanging opinions among the judges of the state administration, it is also expected to accommodate input on issues faced by the state administrative judges. So that a good solution can be found in maintaining and upholding the honor of judges.
On the same occasion, the Deputy Chief Justice of Judicial Affairs Division of Supreme Court Mohammad Saleh representing the Chief Justice Hatta Ali conveyed. "This event is a continuation of good cooperation between the MA and KY," said M. Saleh.
This thematic training which lasted until May 18, 2013 exposed materials such as: KEPPH “In both Textual and Contextual”, Emotions Control and Stress Management In Trial Process , Roles and Responsibilities in Realizing the Justice for People viewed from the Perspective of Religious Philosophy Basic Principles of Administrative Law and Development thereof, Dispute of TUN, Proceedings State Administrative Court, Decision Making Techniques, and Procedural Aspects of Class Action and Legal Standing Lawsuit Examinations Filed to TUN Court.
