Thematic Training For Judges and Prosecutors

Jakarta (Judicial Commision) - Bureau Recruitment, Advocacy and Capacity Building will conduct Thematic Training for judges and Prosecutors by the theme "Eradication of Corruption and Money Laundering" on Monday to Friday, 24 s.d. February 28, 2014 at the Hotel Mercure, Kuta, Bali.
This Thematic training will be officially opened by Dr. Suparman Marzuki, S.H., M.Sc. (Chairman of Judicial Commission of Republic of Indonesia) and will be officially closed by Dr. Ibrahim, S.H., M.H., L.LM. (Head of Prevention and Capacity Building Judicial Commission Judge RI)
If there’s no obstacle Judicial Commission of Republic of Indonesia will inviting; 1) Dr. H. Muhammad Hatta Ali, S.H., M.H. (Chairman of the Supreme Court), 2) D. Andhi Nirwanto, S.H., M.M. (Deputy Attorney General) as the Keynote Speech.
In addition Judicial Commission of Republic of Indonesia will also inviting; Dr. Muhammad Yusuf, S.H., M.H. (Chairman PPATK); Dr. Bambang Widjojanto, S.H., M.H. (Deputy Chairman of KPK), Dr. Ibrahim, S.H., M.H., L.LM. (Chairman of Prevention and Capacity Building, Judicial Commission of Republic of Indonesia); Dr. Yenti Garnasih, S.H. , M.H. (lecturer from Faculty of Law, University of Trisakti); Prof. Dr. Andi Hamzah, S.H. (Professor of Criminal Law, Univ. Trisakti); Dr. Artidjo Alkostar, S.H. , LL.M. (Chairman of the Youth Criminal MA RI); Prof. Dr. KH. Said Aqil Siradj, MA (Chairman NU) as a speaker for this thematic training.
Besides thoose name to further increase the quality of the training, Judicial Commission of Republic of Indonesia will also presenting high court judges from Justice Academy of Turkey which will provide materials on Eradication of Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, Handling Management of Corruption and Money Laundering case in Turkey.
